Import documents

Turn existing files into knowledge instead of retyping.

  1. 1 Open Knowledge and choose to upload documents.
  2. 2 Supported files include PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, PowerPoint and images (JPG, PNG, WebP).
  3. 3 Review the extracted text. Edit or remove anything that is wrong or private.
  4. 4 Save it into your knowledge so the bot can use it.

Tip: Check extracted prices and dates; scans and photos can be misread.
