1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TorbChat AI (the "Service"), a platform that lets businesses run an AI-assisted assistant on messaging channels such as Facebook Messenger, Telegram and website web chat. "TorbChat AI", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of the Service, which operates under the AIM2BOOM name. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for businesses and the individuals who act for them. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and if you use the Service on behalf of a business you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. TorbChat AI account registration
You can register with an email and password or, where offered, with Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
4. Client and workspace responsibilities
Each client has its own workspace. As a client you are responsible for:
- the information, products, prices, documents and instructions you add to configure your assistant, and for keeping them accurate and up to date;
- reviewing conversations and stepping in where needed — staff can take over a conversation from the AI assistant;
- the people you give access to, and for removing access when it is no longer needed;
- having the rights, consents and notices required by applicable law to process your customers' data and contact them through the Service, including any use of broadcasts.
5. Connected channels and integrations
You may connect channels you are entitled to use. By connecting one you authorize TorbChat AI to send and receive messages and perform the related technical actions (such as webhook setup) on your behalf. You must also follow each channel provider's own terms and policies. You can disconnect a channel at any time from your workspace. Channels listed as "coming soon" are not available.
6. Facebook / Messenger integration
To connect Messenger you log in with Facebook and choose a Page you manage; TorbChat AI then uses the permissions you grant to receive and reply to messages sent to that Page. You must be authorized to manage the Page and comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies and Messenger Platform policies, including Meta's rules on messaging windows and message content. Meta may restrict or change what is possible at any time, and TorbChat AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Disconnecting a Page removes its stored access token; you can also remove TorbChat AI from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. See our Privacy Policy for the data involved.
7. Telegram integration
To connect Telegram you provide a bot token for a bot you created and control. You are responsible for that bot and for complying with Telegram's Bot and Terms of Service rules. TorbChat AI uses the token only to receive and send messages for your bot. TorbChat AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
8. AI-generated responses
The assistant produces replies automatically using AI models and the business information you provide. AI output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or suitability. You are responsible for how you use it, including prices, availability, orders, payment details and commitments made to customers. Do not rely on the assistant for legal, medical, financial or other advice, and review its behavior regularly.
9. Customer data and content
You keep ownership of the content you and your customers submit through the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit and display that content (including sending parts of it to the third-party providers described below) only as needed to provide and secure the Service. As between you and us, you are responsible for your customers' data and for responding to their requests. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others, or violate the terms of Meta, Telegram or any other connected provider;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive or harassing content, or content that is hateful, sexually exploitative or promotes violence;
- impersonate others, mislead customers about whether they are talking to an AI, or run scams or fraud;
- collect sensitive data from customers without a lawful basis, or process data of children where not permitted;
- access other clients' data, probe or disrupt the Service, bypass limits or security, or reverse engineer it except as the law allows;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as we agree in writing.
11. Subscription and billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Plans, prices and usage limits are shown on our pricing page and in your workspace's billing section, and may be updated; where a change affects your current plan we will tell you before it applies. Billing details, payment methods, taxes, renewal and refund terms for your plan are those stated on your plan or in the invoice or agreement we give you. If anything about your plan is unclear, contact us before subscribing.
12. Third-party providers
The Service depends on third parties such as Meta, Telegram, Google (AI processing and optional sign-in), voice providers and hosting and email providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, restrictions or actions. Which data goes to which provider is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Service availability
We work to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, changes, or problems with third-party platforms. We may add, change or remove features, including channels.
14. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, or disable a connected channel, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the rules of a connected provider, put the Service or others at risk, or where required by law. Where practical we will tell you why.
15. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to TorbChat AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms. Your content remains yours. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights. It forms part of these Terms.
17. Data deletion
You can disconnect channels yourself from your workspace and request deletion of your account and data. Steps are in our Data Deletion Instructions. Retention and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TorbChat AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including from AI-generated responses or third-party platform actions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the period set out in your plan or agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and you may have consumer rights that these Terms do not affect.
19. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes in the product or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
