Telegram webhook issues

Telegram is not delivering messages to TorbChat AI.

1. 1 Open Channels, Telegram, and press Refresh status.
2. 2 If the webhook shows an error, use Reconnect.
3. 3 If the token was regenerated in BotFather, use Replace token.
4. 4 Send a new message and check Message Logs.
