Voice reply problems

Voice replies are missing or sound wrong.

1. 1 Open AI Knowledge, Voice and check the reply mode is not set to Always Text.
2. 2 Use Preview to make sure the selected voice plays.
3. 3 Check your plan includes voice and you still have voice minutes.
4. 4 For a workflow, make sure a recording is uploaded or the text is filled in.
