Messenger not replying to public users

It works for you but not for other people.

  1. 1 Replies to the public depend on the Facebook app being approved for use outside of its own testers.
  2. 2 While it is not, only people with a role on the app can get replies.
  3. 3 Check Messenger status on Bot Health and run Test connection.
  4. 4 Contact us if connection tests pass but outside customers still get no reply.
