Web Chat

Put a chat widget on your website.

  1. 1 Go to Channels and open Web Chat, then create a widget.
  2. 2 Add the website addresses allowed to show it, for example https://example.com. Only these sites can run the widget.
  3. 3 Copy the embed code shown on the page into your website.
  4. 4 Switch the widget off any time with the active toggle.
