Connect Facebook Messenger

Answer messages sent to your Facebook Page.

  1. 1 Go to Channels and open Messenger.
  2. 2 Choose to connect with Facebook and sign in as someone who manages the Page.
  3. 3 Select the Page you want to connect and confirm.
  4. 4 Use Test connection to confirm that the Page is receiving messages.

Tip: To remove the connection later, use Disconnect on the same page.
