Channel troubleshooting

First checks when a channel misbehaves.

  1. 1 Open Bot Health to see whether each channel is connected and healthy.
  2. 2 Press Refresh status, then Test connection on the channel page.
  3. 3 Make sure the channel and the bot are switched on.
  4. 4 Use Reconnect if the status says the connection is broken.
  5. 5 Check Message Logs to see whether messages arrive and what happened to them.
