Test your bot

Check answers yourself before real customers arrive.

  1. 1 Use the Test step in onboarding to chat with your bot, or message your connected Telegram bot directly.
  2. 2 Ask the questions customers really ask, such as price, hours and location.
  3. 3 If an answer is wrong or missing, update Knowledge and test again.

Tip: Questions the bot could not answer are collected under Unanswered Questions.
