Complete onboarding

Onboarding walks you through the basics in a few short steps.

  1. 1 Onboarding covers: Welcome, Business, Goal, Knowledge, Personality, Channel, Test, Team and Done.
  2. 2 Fill in each step and press save to continue; you can go back to an earlier step.
  3. 3 On the Channel step you can connect a Telegram bot. Other channels can be added later from Channels.
  4. 4 On the Test step, chat with your bot to see how it answers before customers do.

Tip: Anything you skip can be completed later from the workspace menu.
