The AI answers from the knowledge you give it.

  1. 1 Go to AI Knowledge, then Knowledge.
  2. 2 Write or paste what customers usually ask: opening hours, prices, delivery, policies.
  3. 3 Save your changes. The bot uses the saved knowledge in its next reply.

Tip: Short, factual sentences work better than long marketing text.
