  1. 1 Record your message on your phone or computer and save it as an audio file.
  2. 2 Go to Workflow, Workflows and add or edit a workflow.
  3. 3 Choose Recorded Voice as the response type.
  4. 4 Upload the recording and add trigger phrases.
  5. 5 Save, then send a trigger phrase to your bot and listen to the reply.
