Set Up AI Voice

Let the bot speak its answers.

1. 1 Go to AI Knowledge, then Voice.
2. 2 Choose how replies are sent: same as the customer, always text, always voice, or text and voice.
3. 3 Select a voice and play the preview.
4. 4 Save, then message the bot to hear a reply.
5. 5 Watch your voice minutes in your plan limits.
