Send Your First Broadcast

Message many customers at once.

1. 1 Go to Broadcasting and choose Create Broadcast.
2. 2 Write the message and name the broadcast.
3. 3 Choose the audience: all customers, customers with selected tags, or selected customers.
4. 4 Preview it, then send now or schedule a date and time.
5. 5 Open the broadcast afterwards to check delivery results.
