Manage Human Handoff

Decide when a person takes over from the AI.

Intermediate About 15 min
  1. 1 Open Inbox, Conversations. Conversations that need a person are highlighted.
  2. 2 Choose Take Over to reply yourself. The AI stays quiet in that conversation.
  3. 3 To be alerted away from the dashboard, go to Workflow, Staff Notifications and connect your team.
  4. 4 When finished, choose Resume AI to hand the conversation back.
  5. 5 Add what you learned to Knowledge so the AI can handle it next time.
