Data Deletion Instructions

If you'd like TorbChat AI to delete data associated with your account or your connected Facebook Page, follow either of the steps below.

Disconnect a Facebook Page yourself

From your TorbChat AI workspace, go to Settings › Channels › Messenger and choose Disconnect or Delete Messenger. This immediately removes the stored Page Access Token and stops TorbChat AI from sending or receiving messages on that Page's behalf.

Request full data deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We'll confirm your identity and permanently remove your account information, connected channel credentials, and conversation history within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
