Import Products and Services

Load your menu or catalogue from a file.

  1. 1 Go to AI Knowledge, then Products and Services.
  2. 2 Choose Import and upload a file such as a menu, price list or spreadsheet.
  3. 3 Review the items found: names, prices and descriptions. Fix anything wrong.
  4. 4 Save the import.
  5. 5 Mark items out of stock when they run out so the bot does not offer them.
