Connect Telegram Bot

Link your own Telegram bot so customers can chat with it.

  1. 1 In Telegram, message BotFather and create a new bot. Copy the bot token it gives you.
  2. 2 In your workspace, go to Channels and open Telegram.
  3. 3 Paste the token and connect.
  4. 4 Press Test connection and wait for a healthy status.
  5. 5 Open your bot in Telegram and send it a message.
